Boston’s Mayor’s Office Of Housing Help Desk Support is available for participating agencies that use the Boston CoC’s Clarity Human Services. This form should only be used by Agency Managers and Site Managers for requests related to new user requests, user access, duplicate client records, training, and reporting software issues.
